333r Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "333r", "We", "Us", "Our" refers to the operator of the 333r platform, a company licensed under an internationally recognised gaming regulatory authority.
• "Platform" means the 333r website accessible at 333r.bid, and any related mobile or web applications operated by 333r.
• "Player", "You", "Your" refers to any individual who has registered an account with 333r or uses any service available on the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon registration, used to access gaming services, hold PKR balances, and manage transactions on 333r.
• "Services" refers collectively to all gaming products, sportsbook markets, live casino tables, slots, fishing games, instant win products, and any other features accessible through the 333r Platform.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the official currency of Pakistan and the sole transaction currency used on 333r.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spin value, reload bonus, cashback, or similar incentive credited to a Player's 333r account as a promotional offer.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process 333r employs to confirm Player identity, age, and payment method ownership in accordance with the licensing authority's requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn from a 333r account.
• "CNIC" refers to the Computerised National Identity Card issued by the Government of Pakistan's National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA).

These Terms & Conditions, together with 333r's Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between 333r and the Player. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind between the parties relating to the 333r Platform.

By completing the registration process on 333r, ticking the acceptance checkbox, or by otherwise accessing or using any Service, the Player affirmatively agrees to be bound by these Terms. Acceptance cannot be conditional or partial — use of the 333r Platform constitutes full acceptance of every provision contained herein.

333r reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time in accordance with Clause 15 (Amendments). Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To use any Service on 333r, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person — corporate entities may not register player accounts;
• You possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you;
• You have provided accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and in all subsequent communications with 333r;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement with 333r or any other gaming operator that covers use of the 333r Platform;
• You are accessing 333r for your personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of 333r, or an immediate family member of any such person.

333r may request CNIC documentation, photographic identification, or proof of address at any stage to verify eligibility. Failure to provide such documentation within the timeframe specified by 333r constitutes grounds for account suspension.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 333r Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and constitutes fraud. 333r actively monitors for duplicate accounts using device fingerprinting, IP analysis, payment method cross-referencing, and CNIC matching.

During registration, Players must provide their legal full name as it appears on their CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, an active email address, and a date of birth. This information must remain accurate at all times. Players are responsible for notifying 333r promptly of any changes to their registered details.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their 333r login credentials. All activity carried out using a Player's login credentials will be treated as authorised by that Player. If you suspect unauthorised access to your 333r account, you must notify 333r immediately via live chat or email.

333r reserves the right to decline a registration application or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason where such non-disclosure is required by anti-fraud or regulatory obligations.

In accordance with 333r's obligations under its international gaming licence and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards, all Players are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing a first withdrawal. 333r may also require KYC completion before permitting deposits above certain thresholds.

The standard KYC documents required by 333r include, but are not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unobstructed copy of your CNIC (both sides) or a valid Pakistani passport;
• Proof of Age: Confirming you are 21 years of age or older — typically satisfied by the CNIC;
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation from JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or relevant bank confirming that the payment method is registered in your name;
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or other government-issued document dated within the last three months confirming your residential address.

333r will review submitted KYC documents within 24 hours in standard cases. Complex cases or documents requiring additional verification may take up to 5 business days. 333r reserves the right to request enhanced due diligence documentation for high-value accounts or where unusual transaction patterns are identified.

Players who fail to complete KYC within the timelines specified by 333r may have their withdrawal permissions suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed. 333r's KYC decisions are final subject to the formal complaints process described in Clause 17.

333r accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Allied Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 (which is converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of confirmation). No other currencies or payment methods are accepted.

Minimum deposit amounts and maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are published in the 333r cashier. These limits may vary by payment method and by your current account verification status. 333r reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time, with or without advance notice, as required by its internal risk management policies or regulatory obligations.

Players may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in their own name. Depositing funds from payment accounts owned by third parties is strictly prohibited. 333r will return funds deposited from unverified or third-party sources to the source account and may suspend the receiving 333r account pending investigation.

333r does not charge fees on PKR deposits. Any fees levied by the Player's payment provider (e.g., mobile wallet transfer charges) are entirely the responsibility of the Player and will not be compensated by 333r.

Withdrawal requests from 333r are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and have no outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus funds. Withdrawal requests submitted while a bonus wagering requirement is active will be declined until the requirement is satisfied or the bonus is voluntarily forfeited.

333r processes withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within 2–5 minutes for fully verified accounts under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Allied Bank process within 15–30 minutes during standard banking hours. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to blockchain network confirmation times, typically 1–3 confirmations.

333r does not charge withdrawal fees. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are published in the cashier and may differ by verification tier and payment method.

333r reserves the right to carry out additional security and identity checks before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals, withdrawals to a new payment method, or withdrawals above threshold amounts. Requests may be temporarily delayed pending such checks but will not be unreasonably withheld from eligible verified players.

Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods owned by and registered in the name of the account holder. 333r will not make payments to third parties under any circumstances.

333r offers a range of promotional incentives to Players including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All promotions are subject to their individual terms, which are published alongside the relevant offer and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 333r promotions unless superseded by specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have reached the eligible verification tier for the specific promotion;
• Each promotion is available once per household, IP address, device, and CNIC unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the validity period stated in the promotion terms — any unused bonus and associated winnings are forfeited at expiry;
• 333r reserves the right to cancel or adjust any promotion at any time, provided that such action does not unfairly prejudice Players who have already accepted the offer and commenced wagering;
• Evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, irregular betting patterns, or arbitrage — will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings and may result in account suspension.

Bonus funds and real-money funds are held separately in a Player's 333r account. Bets are funded from real-money balance first unless otherwise specified. Bonus funds that are converted to withdrawable funds through wagering become part of the Player's real-money balance and are subject to standard withdrawal procedures.

Each game category available on 333r — including live casino tables, slot games, sports betting markets, fishing games, and instant win products — is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface or the relevant section of the 333r Platform. These game-specific rules form part of the contractual agreement between 333r and the Player.

All game results on 333r are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for non-live games, and by live certified dealers for live casino products. These systems are independently tested and audited. 333r's determination of any game outcome is final and binding, subject to the formal dispute process in Clause 17.

For sports betting on 333r, including cricket (PSL, international Tests, ODIs, and T20Is), all bets are subject to 333r's sportsbook rules governing event cancellations, postponements, abandonments, and other irregular circumstances. Bets on an event that is abandoned before the minimum period required for bet settlement purposes will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's 333r balance.

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game result on 333r, 333r reserves the right to void all bets affected by the malfunction and return stakes to Players. 333r shall not be liable for any losses arising from system errors, network interruptions, or third-party technical failures beyond 333r's reasonable control.

333r is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. As a condition of its international gaming licence, 333r operates a comprehensive responsible gaming programme that provides Players with practical tools to manage their gambling behaviour.

The following tools are available to all registered 333r Players from within their account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Increases to limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect; reductions apply immediately;
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss amounts per day, week, or month. Operates identically to deposit limits in terms of change timelines;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a defined number of minutes or hours without interruption;
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your 333r account for any period between 24 hours and 90 days. The account cannot be reopened or limits lifted during the cool-off period;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 333r Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request. 333r will make all reasonable efforts to enforce the exclusion. Players who are self-excluded must not attempt to re-register on 333r.

333r's responsible gaming monitoring systems may apply protective account restrictions without advance notice if they identify patterns consistent with problematic gambling behaviour. 333r may also contact Players directly where such patterns are identified.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 333r Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, entitling 333r to immediately suspend or permanently close the Player's account and forfeit any balance held therein:

• Registering more than one 333r account, or using another person's account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity, fraud, or money laundering;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with any 333r game, betting market, or system interface;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings obtained through exploitation of technical errors are not valid and will be voided;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players at live casino tables or in any multi-player game format;
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of insider manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed on 333r;
• Systematic bonus abuse, including coordinated use of multiple accounts or devices to claim the same promotion multiple times;
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment, including commercial resale of games access or operator-level arbitrage;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 333r customer support agents or other Players via any communication channel.

333r cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in all investigations relating to fraud, money laundering, and prohibited conduct. Where required by applicable law, 333r will disclose relevant Player account information to appropriate authorities without prior notice to the Player.

All intellectual property rights in the 333r Platform — including its software architecture, website design, graphics, logos, content, game interfaces, trademarks, and trade dress — are owned by or licensed to 333r. No element of the 333r Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of 333r.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 333r Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not confer any ownership rights over any part of the Platform or its content.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted by Players to 333r regarding the Platform may be used by 333r freely and without compensation or attribution to the submitting Player.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 333r's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to the use of the 333r Platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

333r shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm, even if 333r has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 333r takes extensive measures to ensure Platform availability, 333r does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party network failures, and DDoS attacks may result in temporary Platform unavailability for which 333r bears no liability.

Nothing in these Terms limits 333r's liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by 333r's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Players may close their 333r account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method. Players are encouraged to withdraw their balance before requesting account closure.

333r may suspend or permanently close a Player's account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as described in Clause 11;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or provision of funds from criminal sources;
• Regulatory direction or instruction from the licencing authority;
• Account inactivity exceeding 24 consecutive months — in which case 333r will make reasonable efforts to contact the Player before closure.

Upon termination for cause, 333r reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where a balance is ultimately determined to have been legitimately earned, it will be returned to the Player via a verified payment method. Bonus funds and winnings generated through prohibited conduct are forfeited in all cases.

333r reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 333r will notify registered Players by email to their registered address and/or by a prominent notice on the 333r Platform. Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any obligation — may be made without prior notice.

Changes to these Terms take effect on the date specified in the notification. Players who do not accept the revised Terms may close their account prior to the effective date in accordance with the process described in Clause 14. Continued use of the Platform on or after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

The version history of 333r's Terms & Conditions is maintained and available upon request to any registered Player.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 333r's international gaming licence is issued. This choice of governing law does not deprive Players of any mandatory consumer protection rights to which they are entitled under the laws of their own country of residence.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process described in Clause 17 may be submitted to the formal dispute resolution mechanism operated by 333r's licencing authority. Both parties agree to treat the licencing authority's determination as final and binding, except where a Party has a right of further appeal under applicable law.

333r maintains a formal internal complaints procedure to address all Player disputes promptly and fairly. If you have a complaint or concern regarding any aspect of your 333r account or the Platform, you should follow the process below:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint via 333r's 24/7 live chat or by email to the support address. Provide your account username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting documentation. 333r aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction by the front-line support team within 5 business days, you may request escalation to 333r's Complaints Manager. Escalated complaints will be reviewed and a written response provided within 10 business days.
• Step 3 — Regulatory Escalation: If you remain dissatisfied after exhausting the internal complaints procedure, you may escalate your dispute to 333r's licencing authority for independent review.
